As if you didn't see this coming, how could you have been so careless on the day of a full moon? You were crazy in love for Lyra and you texted her as such before you locked yourself in the cage you had for your wolf form. It was custom made and kept you, your family and others safe from it.

On a normal day you could transform at will and control the wolf but on a full moon, the wolf took control and was unpredictable. Some nights it was placid, some nights it was angry and others it was hungry.

Your transformation was rough and today the wolf was hungry. It growled and gnawed at the cage and ravenously ate the meat that you had left in the cage.
