A realisation

Back in your human form, you come to a realization: even the wolf is in love with Lyra. You would also need to move your cage to the new house. That is something that would need explanation. You text Lyra and said there was something important you needed to tell her. You said you would come round after work. You then rounded out the texts by saying how last night all you could think about was her.

The morning after a full moon always feels like the worlds worst hangover, you had a headache, all the joints in your body are stiff, your mouth is dry and you feel sick. Still, you got ready and head off to work. Your collages asked if you had a rough night and you played it off saying you "enjoyed" your weekend a bit too much.

Soon the time came and work finished. Your joints were still a bit sore but the rest of you had recovered. It was time to visit Lyra and tell her your greatest secret.
