Try the hostel

You're short on coin and need to preserve what little you have as much as possible for the long journey to Gerlangen. The inn sounds too expensive for one night, while the hostel sounds much cheaper and perhaps will be more willing to be more charitable than an inn.

Your mind made up, you and Aegis made your way to the hostel as quickly as possible to get out of the rain. You leave Aegis tied up to a fence post, underneath some cover to avoid getting ill as you enter the hostel.

Immediately upon entering the hostel you felt everyone's eyes on you as you quickly made your way to the counter and the man behind it.

He was a short man, eyeing you all over your body with perverse opportunity and grinning as you stood behind the desk.

"Greeting" you started the conversation "I need a room for the night and my horse also needs shelter from the rain as well" you requested though the man doesn't immediately reply.

Standing awkwardly, wet and unsure you added "I also don't have much coin to pay"
