The Shadow Council

In front of Marcie, Susan and Gina sat seven men. The girls immediately recognised one of them, dressed in drag, it was Cutie.

"Cutie, you traitor!" Marcie screamed.

"Do you know these people?" asked the glasses wearing man in the middle.

"No, Emperor Marcus, I don't" said Cutie.

"He's a member of our council!" said Marcie.

"Oh, you must be confusing me with my twin brother" said Cutie.

"Cutie, why don't you prove who you are by stripping naked"

Suddenly Marcus stripped his shirt off. Marcie, Gina and Susan were amazed at his body. He was ripped.

"But it wasn't a very creative suggestion" said Marcie.

"She had done the same to other girls, it made sense to me" replied Marcus, "I thought you wanted to end the bullying and turn this school a place of learning where students could study in peace"

"Yet, you allied yourselves with bullies like Marel and Lauren" said Marcus, "and use bullying tactics to solve your problems. It has led me to believe you've either gone mad with power or your intentions were not so pure after all"

"Like I said before" spoke the man to the right of Marcus, Matthew, "women are such vile creatures, we should not exterminate them"

"No need to go that far" replied the man to the left of Marcus, Evan, "we just need to domesticate them. Girls need a firm hand and discipline. Locking their pussies away would help too"

"I would rather not turn this into a gender war" spoke Marcus.

This whole conversation was very familiar to Marcie.

"Listen, you stupid cows" said Marcie, "dammit, sorry, Susan has control over me so I keep calling people stupid cows without meaning to"

"Its not practical here so you can stop with that insult" said Susan.

"Thanks you" said Marcie, "listen, you idiots, we both want the same thing minus the gender war"

"And we should trust someone who places Gina on their council" asked a man sat next to Matthew, Ramsay.

"That was my doing" said Susan, "I need to turn them against each other so I use a curse to make Marcie make unpopular decisions for them"

"I say we just keep the girls here, humiliate them until their broken and send them back to where they came" said Ramsay.

Ramsay reminded Marcie of someone she knew.

"We are not breaking anyone" said Marcus, "we will humiliate them, sure, but they will be allowed to atone for their sins. We will not break their spirits. We are not bullies"

"What about the Tyrants?" asked Marcie.

"They were necessary" Marcus told her, "besides they only stripped the worst girls you have"

"The sexual assaults?"

"No doubt a lie your people invented" spoke a man sat next to Evan, Vincent.

"Yes, when women are not raping men, they like say their the victims" said Ramsay.

"What does that mean?" asked Marcie.

Finally, the seventh man, Laurence, spoke, "we ourselves that received reports that your Amazons have been sexually assaulting our boys"

"Amazons" said Marcie, "I have never heard of those"

"The one named Rina appears to be their ringleader" said Evan, "she's probably still mad that she couldn't take my martial arts title"

"Rina did martial arts?" asked Gina.

"Yeah, she moved onto volleyball after I beat her several times and she had never forgiven me for it" said Evan.

This didn't sound too unbelievable. Marcie knew that Rina loved to dominate boys. Being dominated by one would have pissed her off. Suddenly is dawned on her, this Shadow Council were actually quiet similar to herself and her own council.

"Did you copy us?" she asked.

"The Shadow Council existed since the days the school was controlled by the Student Council" said Marcus, "we were an alternative who protected students from the draconian laws of the Student Council and even had a hand in its demise"

"But that was before attended this school" pointed out Marcie.

"I was not their original leader" said Marcus, "in fact, both Laurence and Matthew originally outranked me, it was a power struggle until I stepped in"

"But this council did nothing while the school was divided between the factions of Gina, Marel and Lauren" pointed out Marcie.

"This council understood bullying is not something that would ever go away entirely" said Ramsay, "instead we tried to control or at least aim it where they would do the least damage. Organising three different factions was a genius move. The bullies would mostly fight each other and leave the rest of us alone. It was not perfect, but it was stable. Had we not done so the suicides would have been in the millions"

"Wait, you created my faction?" said Gina.

"How do you think you became de facto ruler of the school?" asked Matthew, "it certainly wasn't through any talents of your own. Many of your lackeys actually work for us"

"WHAT?!" screamed Gina.

"He means you were a puppet queen" said Marcus, "as was Marel and Lauren, we have spies there too"

"So basically, when I changed the system, we ruined your little conspiracy" said Marcie.

"Yes, before the bullies were fighting each other and now they're united"

"But that's the thing" said Susan, "I want the same thing"

"Who is this girl?" asked Marcus.

"She was one of Gina's lackeys" said Matthew, "one of her real ones"

"I was Marcie's first ally until she tossed me aside" said Susan, "Gina was cursed to obey and Marcie took advantage to bind her to her. Now Marcie has been afflicted and I bound her and Gina to me"

"A curse?" asked Matthew.

"Apparently, both girls are going through some psychological thing that makes them subconsciously want to atone for their sins" said Marcus, "unfortunately, Susan believes it to be an actual curse. Still, if Susan controls them, she'd be a valuable ally"

"Oh shit" said Marcie, remembering Susan's weakness.

She was afraid Susan would ally simply because Marcus said something nice about her.

"You mean it?" said Susan, overjoyed.

"But first we will require something in return" said Marcus.
