Neo does her own thing

“JAUNE?!”

You awoke with a start at the surprised scream and fell out of the bed. There was a loud thud as you smashed against the floor. Looking up, you saw Yang and Pyrrha standing over you. Meanwhile, Blake had rushed out of the bathroom in her bathrobe. You rubbed your sore head as you looked up. It turned out, none of the girls were staring at you. They were staring at your bed, where a multicolored girl sat.

Ah crap… I fell asleep with Neo in my arms.

It must have been quite a shock to your team to see that. Sure, you could bring girls over and they would follow the rules on the wall, but your team was usually informed. This time they came back with you sleeping and spooning a small random girl.

“Jaune?” Pyrrha asked at last, as you stood up, in nothing but your boxers. “Would you mind introducing us to…?”

“This is Neo,” You tell her, noticing Neo was looking normal again. That was a slight relief as you didn’t know how Blake would take Neo cosplaying as a cat. “She’s a friend of mine and snuck into Beacon. Once the room was empty, she revealed herself and I let her in.”

“Oh… is that all?” Blake sighed in relief. “When I heard Pyrrha scream and saw her, I thought we were being attacked.”

“You were looking pretty comfy there, Boss man.” Yang laughed. “Can’t say I blame you. She’s small but… ow! You little twerp!”

Neo had thrown a pillow into Yang’s face.

“She doesn’t like to be called small,” You informed Yang, trying not to laugh. “She’s fun sized.”

A smirk formed on Neo’s lips as she winked at you, indicating she could be quite ‘fun.’

“Well, that’s a relief,” Pyrrha smiled. “I’m surprised you were still active after our team activities.” It was kind of funny how she still didn’t like to say sex out loud.

“We didn’t do anything really,” You assured her. “I was exhausted and she just let me cuddle up against her.”

“I’m not surprised, Nora and Weiss really gave you a workout.” Yang agreed. “If you had let me known, I would have laid next to you to cuddle. Or Pyrrha. She likes that kind of stuff.” The red haired girl nodded.

Blake peaked around and saw the writing on Neo’s arm.

“She’s your Procurator?” The girl asked surprised and you had to make something up.

“Oh yeah… Neo helps me with a lot of things. We go waaaay back. She can sign stuff for me in an emergency.”

“That’s kind of cool,” Yang confirmed. “I know my hand gets tired writing essays.”

“She just signs things for him,” Pyrrha explained. “Neo wouldn’t write his essays.” Neo sat up and waved indicating she would. “Well, you shouldn’t. It’s fine to help Jaune, but he needs to do something for himself.”

Slowly, Neo nodded grudgingly, but looked at you for approval. If you said something else, she would follow your words.

“Pyrrha’s right,” You tell her. “She’s been helping me a lot with combat practice and it’s hard work sure, but I learn a lot and improved. I can’t have people do everything for me.” Neo automatically accepted this because it came from you.

“Speaking of,” Yang told you. “We still have our morning run tomorrow.” You groaned and she laughed. Waking up early sucked, but it was something you needed to do.

“Since you’re Jaune’s friend, you’re welcome to stop by anything,” Blake told Neo. “We won’t be shocked if you show up unannounced anymore. Though we would appreciate a head’s up instead of sneaking in at night.”

Neo shrugged and then hopped off the bed now that the incident was settled. She then stretched with her arms above her head, looking smug. After a quick kiss on your cheek, her clothes reappeared, and she left out the door. Her eyes indicated she had a mission in mind. A bad feeling formed in your gut for some reason, but you couldn’t place why. Neo wouldn’t do anything too bad would she?

Blake went back into the bathroom to finish her hair, while Yang sat at her desk.

You wanted to rest a little longer. It was only like 8pm, but you were tired. Weirdly enough, you weren’t quite as tired as before your short nap, so maybe your Aura was helping in that regard. Or all that stamina training with Yang and… now Nora was taking hold. As you laid down in your bed, Pyrrha laid next to you, beaming. You kissed her forehead and pulled her close so she was draped over your chest. Her green eyes were sparkling as she snuggled against your chin before they closed.

You fell asleep again and were blissfully unaware of what was happening around you, until there was a knock on the door.
