Season 6.5

Barry woke up and his memories had come back, including how his wife was still in the Mirrorverse to Eva McCulloch. Who had killed her husband and taken over their company, and framed Sue Dearborn for the ****. There was also the fact the Speed **** was dying and he was loosing his speed. So all and all, he was at his lowest.

Which made the idea of him gaining the power to talk things true, a lifeline he needed.

Deciding to level the playing field, he said the obvious, "The Speedforce is no longer dying, but is instead has returned better then ever."

He could feel the power in him grow, as the source of it was returned to strength. He now moved to the next important thing, "Tomorrow, we will find a way to return all of our friends from the Mirrorverse. All of them safe and sound."

He now knew that Iris was safe, he had a lot of other options to work on. While the things he had used the truth for was personal, it was also selfless since it would help a lot of other people. He asked himself, 'Should I work on something more selfless, more selfish, or keep balancing it?'
