Fi returns to a certain bedroom.

She knows exactly what lies beyond this door, as she was in here earlier in the day. It's the room of Lord Varen, the second son--thin face, sharp eyes, long black hair, and a muscular body she can't help but want to lay her hands on. When she saw him last, he was exercising shirtless. She hopes he's wearing a little bit more this time around for the sake of her sanity. With a deep breath, she knocks. There's no answer.

Even better. He's out right now.

Fi exhales back out in relief as she turns open the door. It really is empty inside. Straight away, she gets to work tidying things up. She does feel a little nervous pulling open any drawers, though it's relaxing just being able to do her job in solitude for once. It isn't that she hates people, but given her state right now, she'd rather be alone.

After cleaning up his bed, her foot bumps a piece of paper under the bed.

Oops. Is that the thing I gave him earlier?

Upon closer inspection, it looks like the corner of an open book. She gets down on her hands and knees and lifts the side of the blanket to peer beneath the bed. There she spies four thin books with one spread open. She slips them out--once again too curious for her own good. Her first impression of Varen was that he was a quiet, lone wolf, powerhouse, so the idea that he also reads books is interesting to her. She has to know what he likes to read.

Fi flips them all open and starts glancing between them.

Her face then flashes red.

Not only are they exclusively filled with beautiful drawings, but they're of beautiful women. She turns the pages, and it's just more girls--some dressed in sexy outfits, and some not wearing anything at all. She swallows hard, but then her eyes widen as something clicks in her head. Her heart beats faster the more she flips. The reality of the situation causes her body to burn, and her imagination to go wild.

She accidentally found his porno stash, but it's also exclusively girls of her very race. In a panic, she shoves them all back under the bed, stands, and backs up against the wall.

At the same time, the doorknob jiggles.

She turns her eyes quickly to Lord Varen stepping inside. He is dressed this time around, and he turns with a blank expression to meet eyes with the flustered servant girl. But just as quickly, he looks away, and walks across the room to his dresser.

Meanwhile, Lord Varen is doing nothing at all. He eventually turns to look at her again. "Are you finished?" he asks.

"Don't apologize." He looks back to the dresser and pulls the top drawer open. "I was merely asking. I have nothing against your presence."

Quickly, she steps away from the door and towards the servants' quarters yet again. They have a few small bathrooms just for the servants to wash up, and given she took some extra time to clean after dinner, she'll probably have them all to herself. It's her preference to go last, so she can take longer, and she really needs that this evening.
