Staff Runthrough

"Hi!" she says with a smile. "I'm ready."

"Shut the door," I say, and Sarah does. She sits down.

"Sarah, before we start on the walkthrough ... I want to be clear about something. Graduates from this school have not been faring well. There have been a lot of complaints -- mostly from the graduates themselves -- that they were under-prepared. Are you aware of this?"

"Yes," she says. She's looking right at me. Nothing to hide, I think. "I don't wish to speak ill of anyone..."

I interrupt her. "Sorry -- I won't normally interrupt you. But here I feel I must. Dr. Edwards has retired, and I have spent several years cleaning up some of his messes. I have the utmost respect for his original work -- it is the foundation of our society! But toward the end... There's no other way to say it, at the end he became a lazy bastard."

She looks at me with relief. "Yes, ok," she says. "He had his system and he liked it. We weren't allowed to make changes, even when they were important. For example, he eliminated the anal sex practicum entirely! Can you believe it?"

I laugh. "Unfortunately I can. We'll fix all the teaching problems together. But first I'd like to go through the staff roster and assigned duties. I'd like to have an idea of faces and tasks before the first staff meeting."

Sarah relaxes. She's on easier ground now. "No problem," she says. She pulls her chair over next to mine and leans in. "As you know, there are professional duties and Free Use duties in the school. Dr. Edwards had a specific system for Free Use at work. Each staff member is assigned a specialty that corresponds with her teaching area. So, for example, if he, or a visiting adjunct, wanted anal sex, he would call one of our anal sex teachers."

"That is very old-school," I say. "That setup's problems were evident a decade ago. Nowadays, a rotation system is used to keep skills fresh."

"Yes," she agrees. "But he liked it that way."

"Well, let's go through the list," I say. "How about we start with you, then Sherry, and then the rest of the staff in the order they are on the website? What duty did he assign you?"

"I am the designated cum eater," she says. "Of course, that is a common task and I was not the only one he used for that. However, I was the default. He had a variety of ways he liked to..."

I interrupt again. "I don't want to know too much about the old geezer," I said with a big smile. "Let's just stick to duties."

Sarah seems a little nervous again. "Ok. Sherry is the designated ass-licker. Most morning he would have the two of us... oh, I'm doing it again, aren't I?"

"It's fine," I say. "I fully realize that this isn't your doing. I'm just here to correct it, with your help."

"Thanks," she replies. "I'm nervous about this. To be honest, I had hoped to take over as Principal, but with the school being such a mess..." She looks like she might cry.

I reach out and touch her arm. An under-appreciated facet of Free Use is that it provides so much more human comfort. "Would you like a hug?" I ask. "Everything is going to be fine."

She takes a breath and straightens up. "No, no," she says, wiping away a nascent tear. "I am ok. Just disappointed. Let's continue from the web site."

The first photo is of 50-ish woman with a grey hair cut in a bob. She has a wide face and a wide smile. "This is Liz," says Sarah. "She's the oral sex professor. Her specialty is blowjobs, of course, but really she mostly just handles piss drinking."

Next up is a 30-something redhead. She's quite voluptuous. "This is Leah," says Sarah. "She is one of the anal sex teachers, together with Francine" -- here she scrolls down to show another 30-something, this one a brunette with freckles. Sarah scrolls a bit more. "This is Sarah Upland, the other Sarah in the school. She teaches lesbian sex." Sarah Upland is a skinny, 40-ish woman with black hair. She looks as though she could be a yoga instructor.

"Next up are Luisa and Brenda." Luisa is a formidable Latina with a striking face and an angular haircut. She i has large breasts and looks as though she works out. In the photo, her clothes look quite elegant. Brenda is also quite tall, but very skinny, and has almost no breasts at all. From her clothing, she appears to be a hippy. "They teach S&M. Luisa is very dominant, should you be interested in that" -- quite the opposite, I think -- "and Brenda is very submissive."

Last on the list is a buxom, all-American blonde. "This is Debbie," says Sarah. "She is 27. She teaches P.E. and had no designated specialty. Dr. Edwards didn't seem to be that into her."

I sit back. "I see," I say. "How long was this specialty system in place?"

"At least the seven years I've been here."

"Seven years," I say. "Does that mean, in seven years, each of you has performed your specialty at work, and nothing else?"

"By and large, yes," replies Sarah. "Occasionally there would be a minor change, but not often."

"I notice that vaginal sex wasn't on that list, either," I say.

"No, Dr. Edwards was not interested in that."

"Sarah, this is something we will have to change immediately. I think in order to shape well-rounded graduates, the teachers themselves must be well-rounded. We can't rely on the randomness of life outside the academy to provide the full range of experience -- that will be my role."
