The middle of the forest

The first thing you see when you open your eyes is, instead of the expected plain ceiling, a leafy canopy of trees. Shocked, you raise your head to see what's going on. You don't see any sign of the elven village at all! You are surrounded by the thick foliage of the forest. The only familiar sight is Siora, still standing in the same place relative to you that she was before, except now she is completely nude!

That prompts you to look down at your nipples, hoping this spell removed your cursed accessory. You can't hide the disappointment on your face when you see the gold chain still attached to your nipples. "Too bad," Siora responds to your reaction. "It looks like those goblins put a pretty strong spell on it." You now take a closer look at your immediate surroundings - you're now splayed across a massive tree stump in the middle of a small clearing. Siora has a skip in her step as she walks around you, making her way next to you as you scoot yourself backwards until you're in a seated position.

"What do we do now?" you wonder aloud, still trying to find anything in your surroundings that would be familiar.

Siora places a hand on the edge of the stump, leaning in to whisper into your ear. "You don't have to do anything but relax, lie down, and accept what's about to happen." She pulls your shoulders back down until you're on your back again. From here you can't really see what's going on, but you can hear Siora casting another spell behind you.
