AR Day 5 - Go on the picnic

You decide to trust Adella, but it's not just a picnic. The girls are going into the woods to some particular spot, and it's a long way... your ankle does not like this, but you tough it out and go with them. Maybe it is for the best that you are doing this, because your teammates are with you. You want to spend all your time with Adella, but your team is important too.

The picnic is nice. It's a beautiful day. The TV show is exciting. Everyone is excited, but some are nervous too... You should call your family when you get back. Your sister is going to freak out.

You all sit around for a few minutes after eating, just enjoying some of your last free time before work tomorrow... The show is exciting, but it will also be difficult. There is more than just soccer... there is the whole reality TV part of it too. It will be exhausting.

But today you can just sit in a sunny clearing in the woods and eat sandwiches.

Now it's getting pretty hot though... the girls like the sun, but they don't want to sweat. It's time to go back. You get up and test your ankle... it's not good.

You start back, making your way through the pretty, green forest.

Suddenly you are yanked behind a tree and your mouth is covered by a hand!

It's Adella. She lets you go and pulls you close to her with her hands on your hips.

"What are you doing?" you ask quietly, but the other girls are gone.

"It's the only way we can be alone," she says, like that should be obvious... so this was her scheme. You can't be alone together at the Lodge, so you have to be out here, and you could not leave the lodge at the same time.

You are glad that you trusted her and took her advice... if you had stayed and tried to spy on her, you would not have seen anything because she would have been out here in the woods, looking for you!

She gives you a kiss on the lips, but then break it, feeling embarrassed. You are sweaty...

"I'm all gross," you say. Adella smiles, puts her hand on your cheek, and kisses you again.

Then she takes your hand and starts to lead you away.

It hurts to walk... but you like her so much, and she is so great for doing this... you hide the pain and go with her. You can't miss a chance to hold hands with her and walk through these pretty woods.

"What do you think?" she asks. She means FUTA.

"I think my family will be really shocked," you say. You are shocked too.

"My father will be very angry," Adella says, grinning. She looks happy about it.

"Do you not get along with him?" you ask.

"I don't," she admits.

"I don't even know my dad," you tell her.

"Sometimes it might be better to have no father," she says.

Well... sounds like there's some heavy stuff there. You decide to leave it alone.

"My sister will flip out when she finds out what they are paying us," you say.

"It is not much," Adella says, and you give her a weird look.

"Are you like rich?" you ask her.

"Um," she seems surprised by the question...

...

You stare at her.

"Yes?" she says finally.

Wow...

You come out of the woods. In front of you is a pretty clearing with a little waterfall and a pond... it's super pretty.

Her hand feels good in yours.
