Strangers and Freaks: Stop and Frisk.

You're cruising through the upscale district of Rockford Hills, when a commotion catches your eye.

It's a new Strangers and Freaks mission, one you based off the iconic concept art from before the game's release.

A tough, no nonsense Latina cop has a white, blonde hipster girl bent over the hood of her police cruiser, and is going through her bag and rather intimately patting down her short shorts.

"What the hell!" the white girl cries out. "Get offa me, let me go, you fascist pig!"

"Yeah you can go." the Latina officer says. The marks on her shoulder indicate she's a sergeant, the nameplate opposite her shield reads 'Vasquez' "The second you admit you got this crank from The Lost MC."

She nods to a small baggie of crystal on the hood of the car.

"I've like, never even seen that shit before!" the hipster girl declares. "You totally planted it on me or something!"

The hipster girl's likeness has been based off a younger Margot Robbie, her voice a highly convincing facsimile of Margot doing a Valley Girl accent.

As for Sergeant Vasquez, you had based her in-game model off the original badass latina, Michelle Rodriguez.

You couldn't resist diving into this highly-charged confrontation. Parking up, you have Michael exit his car and slowly approach the two women.

"Well ain't this a sight." Michael says automatically. "Normally I gotta pay a premium to rent something like this.

Vasquez scoffed, then fixed Michael with a glare.

"Move along, sir." the latina said with disdain. "This is official LSPD business."

"Official LSPD bullshit, more like!" the blonde girl says in frustration.

"Enough." Vasquez responds, slamming the white girl against the hood. "You don't admit to who you got this shit from, I'm gonna take you in. You're gonna be reallll popular in the holding cells, jaina. And not just with the other crooks."

"Ohmigod!" the hipster chick squeaks in panic. "Mister, you've like, gotta help me or something."

"What you've gotta do, is turn around, and get back in your shitty, overpriced ride, old man." Sergeant Vasquez insisted, her hand resting on the pistol on her hip. "Before you get yourself in trouble."
