With "Friends" like these...

“I choose Option B.” Lauren said, hoping she picked the right choice.

“Very well then.” Maria said with a smirk. She then grabbed Lauren by the hand and dragged her over to the couch and sat her down. “I’ll be right back.” She stated, then added ominously, “You stay here and don’t move or you are going over my knee. Understand?”

“Yes.” Lauren said with a nod.

“Yes what?”

Lauren groaned but muttered, “Yes, Miss Maria.”

“Good girl.” Maria said, patting Lauren’s head in a patronizing way. She then walked away and down the hall. Lauren allowed herself this time to replay the events of today to figure out how this situation got to where it was. She just couldn’t comprehend how her life all came crumbling down like this. She then looked up at the clock on the wall. Eleven thirty-five. What was Maria even doing?

As if to answer her question, Lauren heard a door open and saw Maria dusting off her hands as she left a room…

Lauren gasped in horror when she saw that Maria had just walked out of her bedroom. Not thinking, Lauren got up and ran (well, ran as much as the diaper would allow her to) to her bedroom. To her shock…nothing seemed out of the ordinary. She stood there, a look of confusion on her face, as Maria walked up behind her.

“Did I tell you that you can move?” Maria asked sternly. “Consider this strike two!”

“What were you even doing in here?” Lauren asked, “You took so long.”

“Oh, I was just making a few calls.” Maria said innocently, though the smile she wore said a different story. “Oh, that reminds me; I invited Mindy, Jessie, Amy and Steve over.”

“You what?!” Lauren shrieked. Mindy, Jessie and Amy were three of Maria’s best friends in high school and were members of the cheerleading squad. And Stephen was Lauren’s ex-boyfriend, who she broke up with when he wanted to go all the way. “WHY?!”

“Just because.” Maria smirked. “They should be here in about…oh, five minutes.”

Lauren raced to her closet, but stopped when she realized that Maria wasn’t stopping her. Lauren felt her heart drop into her stomach, praying that what she was thinking wasn’t true. She opened the closet door and discovered that it unfortunately was; all of her clothes – shirts, skirts, pants, pajamas, shoes, her work uniform – were gone! She raced over to her dresser and noticed the exact same thing; not even a pair of socks was left.

Lauren was about to ask what happened when she heard the beeping of a truck outside her window. She looked out it and saw the garbage truck lifting up the dumpster. Lauren had always hated how she got the apartment above the dumpster and often complained to the landlord to see if she could get it moved to behind someone else’s apartment, but to no avail. However, when she saw a black, high heel shoe fall to the ground as it was being emptied, Lauren finally realized the answer to her question.

“No!” Lauren yelled as the truck pulled out and drove away, “Come back!”

“Aww, that’s to bad.” Maria said mockingly, “Maybe if you’re a good girl today, I might buy you a new outfit.”

“How can you be that cruel?!” Lauren snapped. “What am I supposed to wear now?!”

“Well,” Maria began, “technically speaking, you are wearing something.”

Lauren looked down at her ‘outfit’ and paled. “You don’t actually-?”

“Before you finish, I’m pretty sure we both know the answer to that question, Little Lauren.” Maria said, donning her evil smile once again. Just then, the doorbell rang. “Ooh, that must be the gang. Come on, lets go great them.”

Lauren whimpered as she was dragged back into the living room and sat back down onto the couch. Maria then walked over to the door and opened it. In walked Maria’s friends and boyfriend.

“What’s up, Marie?” Amy asked, “Why’d you ask us to meet you at-?”

“Lauren?!” Stephen asked in shock, laying eyes at the diapered woman sitting in front of them. Lauren was frozen in shock as the four stared her silently. Jessie and Amy looked at each other for a moment. So did Stephen and Mindy.

The four then began to laugh hysterically at the sight before them.
