Power Play

The Muk were closing in with low moaning and growling and Patrick starts to ram them with Wild Charge, Bull was powering through them with Giga Impact. The others were using different moves but the most effective was the Tyranitar and Rhyperior combining their Earthquakes to deal massive damage to the poison types and they were fleeing from the two and the two grinned as they watched them escape. The Zebstrika was busy frying some of the Muk with Discharge when two of them caught him off guard and he struggled underneath them. "Gah! Get off!!" The two blobs were sent flying and Patrick took a look seeing the Rampardos' glowing skull and groaned "Ugh... Why did I had be saved by you?" The rocky dino crossed his arms "What? Would you rather have your rear screwed?" Patrick's eyes widened as he covered his rump "Gah! I guess I should be thankful..." The Rampardos smiled as he and Patrick went over to help clean up the rest of the Muk.

After the chaos was over the Machamp lets out a huge sigh of relief "Damn! That was close! Right now the tournament is now over!" Patrick's and Bull's eyes went wide after they heard that and rushed over "What!? Who won!?" They yelled simultaneously as the humanoid chuckled a few times "Patrick's the obvious winner here. Congratulations!" Patrick eyes sparkled and he grins as he threw his arms into the air and shouted "WOO-HOO!!!" The crowd goes wild and cheers loudly as the fighting type hands the zebra a medal and the Rampards walks over to him. "Good job dude." Patrick quickly turned away from the dinosaur "For your info I'm not Dude, I'm Patrick!" The rock type chuckled a bit as nudges his shoulder with his tail "Patrick, I know this is out of the blue but... I'm leading a team that's fighting the threat of the infected and find a cure for it. Would you like to join us?" Patrick chuckled a bit and looked back at the reptile "...Sure I would, but I'm only doing this cause there's nothing else to do!" The Rampardos smiled a bit when Bull jumped in "You're a leader?! No wonder you're strong! Bull would like to join you!" The rock type smiled as he held out his hand "Of course you can. My name's Zeke."

After the tournament was over the Rampardos regrouped with his group with Bull beside him. Patrick rushes beside them and pants a few times "Sorry for the wait. Just had to so say goodbye. Zeke nods a few times "Ok Bull, Patrick, these guys are teammates Flora the Nidoqueen, Mark the Beartic, Wes the Tyranitar, Xio the Scyther, Ion the Marrowak, Clyde the Haxarous and Odie the Grumpig. Everyone greets each other and look onto the horizon. "Looks like we're going through Granite Pass next. Let's go everyone!"
