A Girls Trip

“Mom you don’t have to feel shy or embarrassed talking to me about these things. In fact when you talk to me I want you to feel proud about what you’ve done and share every detail with me,” you command.

“Of course honey, I’m glad I came clean. Oh I have so much to tell you I don’t even know where to start!” Your mother exclaimed gleefully, completely shedding her previous inhibitions.

“I know mom, don’t worry we’ve got plenty of time for you to share your stories, and for us to make more of our own. In fact why don’t we take a trip, just the two of us?” You asked scheming away.

“Oh yes honey I would love that! But how are we going to afford that, your dad can’t afford a vacation for us?” She asked.

“Oh don’t you worry about that mom, I’ve got everything covered,” you answered cooly, remembering the money you had slyly accumulated as you set up your life. Funds will be no problem for you on this trip.
