Her boss!
"Miss Winter! What a pleasant surprise!" Lizzie said, trying to appear absent minded and not embarrassed.
Anastasia Winter was just 10 years older than Lizzie, but was already the most powerful person on campus, next to the President. They had only met once,but Miss Winter had told Rachel to hire her on the spot when she seemed adorably flustered and almost skiddish when addressing her during the interview. Yes, she enjoyed the authority she had and liked being the one in control. Lizzie seemed like a lost puppy, and perhaps a suitable candidate for the troubled students she would be handling. The fact she answered the door naked, and seemingly oblivious to this fact made the woman raise an eyebrow, but didn't want to press the matter. At least, not until she knew what she was dealing with.

When she is accidentally exposed in front of a group of people at 18, she felt the urge to be seen naked. However, to not be seen as a slut or exhibitionist, she stages accidents and scenarios that would separate herself from her clothes until someone tells her to get dressed. As her incidents become frequent, authority figures stop trying to keep her clothed or tell her to get dressed, in the interest of not delaying things or complicating matters. Her friends, family, and strangers even join in on the fun of stripping her, as she is a beautiful girl and her nudity is always welcomed. It also doesn't hurt that her embarrassment is also endearing. Eventually, she gets married and has children who grow tired of her embarrassing shenanigans. However, to take back control, Lizzie then begins putting her teenaged kids onto exposing situations. From a lifetime of experience, she knows how to make it all seem accidental.
