The mysterious greeter

Lex got into her car and drove, as quickly as the law would allow, to the Sunrise Mall in Brownsville. During the trip, the nudity setting of Evelyn's Peepers turned off when she hit a small bump in the road, but she was too busy to notice. Fortunately, it wasn't very far away from her place. This allowed her ample time to get there, but this all seemed rather strange. Why would this mysterious person have her go to Urici's shop? Was Urici indebted to whoever it was? Or perhaps she was in league with this unknown abductor. As her thoughts continued to spiral with worry, she shook her head and thought. 'Why did I think everything would be okay? Bianca looked so sad when she left my sight!? Ugh, I'm such an idiot!'

When Lex's mind finally began to clear, she realized she had automatically driven herself to the mall's parking lot. With a heavy breath, she found herself a parking spot before getting out of her car to quickly head inside. Once she was inside, she made a beeline for Urici's shop, avoiding anyone and thing in her way. This didn't stop many from staring at her ass, breasts, and the outline of her curves. Several men and a couple of women whispered to one another as she walked by.

There were even a few catcalls. One in particular stood out amongst the rest. "Damn girl, I would love to show you a good time. Do you want me to hold those beautiful mounds of yours? They look so soft and heavy. I wouldn't want you to hurt your back. You see, I'm a feminist. I aspire to support all women in anyway they need." The man smirked before continuing to speak. "You're here to buy something right? I can get it for you. What do you say?" Lex stopped and quirked a brow as she looked to the man. He was fairly attractive and obviously full of himself. He was wearing baggy blue jeans, a white t-shirt that had the words, 'I support women like a bra. Just around their tits.", had a pale white complexation, and a buzz cut.

The man slightly lifted his chin in Lex's direction with a big grin upon his face. "So, where to?" Lex glared at the man for just a second before sighing. "Ugh, I don't have time for this. Everything you spout out is garbage. What are you trying to do? Attract some flies and garbage men?" As she started to walk away and people started to laugh at the man, the man grabbed her wrist, pulling her back to him. "No one disrespects me and gets away with it." She looked to his hand around her wrist then up to his face as he was starting to grit his teeth. "I didn't give you permission to touch me." She lifted up her free hand and said, "Let go." before slapping his cheek, knocking him to the ground. 72 damage

Lex's eyes widened from the results of that hit. She hadn't intended to hit him that hard. Luckily, she was certain that he was still alive since she didn't receive any experience. However, several people around started to laugh at him. "Damn, you got bitch slapped." She started to blush deeply before turning around to quickly walk away. As she did, three new exclamations flashed that she allowed to pop up along with a surprising notification.

He had short dark purple hair with some singeing, which made him look rather worn out, light green eyes, pale peach skin, and a thin mustache that curled up at the ends, and wore a white lab coat, thin, silver framed glasses, and slippers. She used Observe on him as he moved to stand up.

Niroc blinked twice while looking up to Lex. "Oh my. You're taller and far more beautiful than I expected. Please, come in, come in. You're Lex, right? I'm Niroc Pollmic, a simple alchemist." He leaned slightly toward her and reached out a hand as he continued to speak. "It's nice to meet you. Have you met Urici? She's the owner of this place and between you and me. She's quite lovely and sweet. I'm lucky to have her in my life." She reached out to shake his hand and nodded. "I have met her, Niroc. I would agree that she is. Um, wait. What do you mean by you're lucky to have her in your life? Are you saying you're her late husband?"

Niroc grinned widely before blinking twice upon hearing Lex's question. "Late? I made a few million love potions and got kidnapped. Of course I'm going to be late." He paused in obvious thought before his eyes widened. "Oh, oops! I'm getting off topic. I've been told to give you a message." He looked around before gesturing for her to come closer. When she did, he whispered into her ear. "You are to go to the Scarlet Letter Brothel. It's right next to the Elk's Lodge just a few blocks away. Good luck."

Lex leaned back up before nodding. "Ah, okay. You mean where the pool used to be? I haven't been there in ages." Niroc chuckled. "Yep, that's the one. That is exactly where the brothel is. Sure, the lot looks empty, but I promise it's there. Just don't tell my wife why I know." He gently moved his right hand's pointer finger over his mouth in a shhing gesture. At that moment, Urici came out from the stairs behind the counter. "Honey, what are you whispering to Lex about?" Lex could see a small bead of sweat rolling down his forehead as he started to chuckle nervously. "I was just telling her about how lucky I am to have you in my life. Isn't that right, Lex?"

Lex felt slightly embarrassed, but nodded slightly. "Um, yeah. That's right. He is a very lucky man. Sadly, I need to go. Thanks for everything." Nirco's F score ticked up to 25 whereas Urici's F score ticked down to 45. She waved to them before walking quickly out the door. However, as the door closed, she could hear them starting to argue. She felt a little bad for him, but honestly he shouldn't go to a place like that if his wife isn't okay with it. Once she was back outside of that illusion barrier, she began to wonder what she would find at that brothel. Would Bianca be there? Or was there yet another messenger? Would the inhabitants be friendly or hostile?
