She's not there...

You walk outside the gas station, the bell jingles as the door closes behind you. The wind brushes past you as it blows your hair behind your back, strands tickling you. You look around for Alicia and her car. She wasn't gassing up. You run towards the parking stalls around the bend. Nothing.

You turn around, looking in angst. Where is Alicia?

You shake your head in bewilderment and then run back inside the gas station, the door jingling once more behind you.

"Did you see the blonde gassing up? When did she leave?"

The cashier looks at you raising an eyebrow. He looks at the security tv set as his hand touches the keyboard. Makes a few clicks with his mouse and then turns to you.

"Looks like she left just a bit after you came inside. Filled up her car with gas, paid at the pump, and then left."

"Well, that's great," you say as you take a deep breath and let out a sigh of disappointment.

The cashier looks concerned but taken aback. He seems unsure of what to do, or say and just looks at you.

You look around the gas station, trying to think clearly, and not lose your temper. Where the fuck is Alicia? What the hell?
