I Have an Empty Period

I look at my schedule and realize that I actually have no class first period, so I should have slept in this morning. Regardless, I decide that the best way to occupy myself is by walking around campus, maybe I'll run into some of my friends on the way.

As I neared th Library, I noticed something odd, which is that while usually my eye line was around the venting at the top of the lockers, it currently seemed a good bit lower. As well as this, the stone in my pocket hadn't seemed to cool down, despite me putting it in my pocket, out of the sun where it was prior.
