Head home for now

I decided the best chance I had was to head home. I'm sure Freighttrain was going to keep a low profile for the rest of the night and taking out the leader would have caused more harm than good. I'll be back to deal with her later. Jumping from roof top to roof top I went back to my car. After making sure that the coast was clear, I jumped down and slipped into my car. I hope no noticed. Would be trouble if a cop saw me and caught my license plate number. It's a good thing I realized that my suit allowed me to jump across the roof tops with ease because now I don't have to take my to dangerous locations.

After I made it home I slipped into my apartment and put away the suit. I then got on my lap top to do some research on Dena Ross. At this point, I had a few pieces of information. I had a name, time, location and intent but I didn't have a clue as to where they intended to take her. So my only chance to stop this was to prevent Freighttrain from **** her when he attempted to do so. To do that, I was going to need to know who I was trying to protect.

A quick google search for Dena Ross: Daughter to the Mayor of Empire City turned up who I was looking. She was 19 years old and was rather attractive. She was thin and curve, had stunning brown eyes and beautiful platinum blonde hair that fell to her shoulders. It was straight but it curled slightly at the ends. Now I prefer men but I openly admit to being bi. I have been on a few dates with women in the past and Ms. Ross was certainly someone I would have tried to hook up with based on looks alone. However, more research revealed that she was your textbook tabloid slut. Outside of all the pictures of her with her father, there were a ton of pictures and articals about her getting drunk, high, sleeping with random people and partaking in a lot of weird and kinky stuff. As a bar tender, I've seen her type a lot and I've always hated them. Actually I wouldn't be surprised if she wandered into my bar once.

Well regardless of what I thought of her, she was in danger and as a superheroine, I had to do something. I could go to the club in disguise and keep an eye on her. Even in a club setting full of people, she wouldn't be hard to spot. I'd then wait for Freighttrain to show up, punch his lights out and be done with it. Maybe even get some press for Gold Vixen. Then again, it might be better to tip off the police and let them handle it. Then again, Dena was probably targeted by crimenals frequently so they probably wouldn't take it seriously. Plus there was no garentee that they would be able to deal with Freighttrain.
