Swimming Lesson

"You three will be having a swimming lesson." The man smiled, trying to improve Maki's mood.

"Swimming? With her? I doubt the pool is safe for a girl in a wheelchair." Maki said as she stared at Monaca.

Before the man answered, Monaca spoke up. "Um, Miss Maki? Monaca has always wanted to see Kotoko swim, will you let me?" Monaca had tears in her eyes.

'Dammit, I can't say no to that.' Maki naturally felt bad for Monaca.

"Whatever, as long as you're fine with it." Maki pouted, she may hate children but she could still feel bad for them.

"Yay! Monaca can play with Kotoko!" Monaca's wheelchair began to spin in circles while Monaca had her hands in the air.

Kotoko turned to Maki. "Thank you, thank you so much Miss Maki."

The man clapped his hands together. "Well, it looks like you have things sorted out, I'll see you in an hour, goodbye." The man said as he walked away.

"Alright let's go." Maki said as she began to walk before Kotoko grabbed onto her's hand before giggling.

'I guess these two aren't so bad.' Maki said as she tried to hide a small smile.
