The Troll

Aside from a stick laying in the floor inside the front door, the cabin was largely empty. There's a broken table and one good chair and a busted cup in the corner and that's it. Otherwise it's deserted.

At least the water was refreshing.

No sooner than she had finished searching than did there come a knock in the frame of the still-open door. A troll stood outside, a hulking male wearing nothing but a loincloth, thick hair, and an unsure look.

"Excuse me miss, may I have a word?" He called into the cabin. "You're on the lands of the Troll Taxers Union and owe me a fee. I'm here to collect."
