To the condos!

I decide to head over to the fancy condos right next to the upscale mall. The are overpriced condos who aim to attract younger rich people looking to be seen living in luxury. As somebody with a mediocre job and lots of student debt I am curious to see who exactly lives there. And how someone in their 30s or even 20s can afford a condo like that since I am sure they are not cheap. I am sure there are lots of attractive people to have fun with in there too.

I drive over and park on the outskirts of the mall and walk the two minutes to the main entrance. On the way I see about ten people coming and going. The oldest was maybe in his mid 30s and the youngest looks like she might be a freshman in college. Most are somewhere in their 20s. All of them are stylishly dressed in designer clothes and all of them are attractive and in great physical shape.

I will definitely stand out in my simple button up short sleeve shirt and plain shorts. Looking st the main door I see they have an actual concierge desk staffed by two people. Before I get in there I should make sure I can have fun. Time for some new condo association rules.

Old rule: Parker (me) may go anywhere he wants on condo property.

That should get me everywhere. Now for something that should be fun around here.

Old rule: Parker (me) has unlimited sexual stamina, will know exactly how to sexually please every partner, and will always cum twice his normal volume.

New rule: Parker (me) is a new building manager and tenant relations expert. He may go anywhere at anytime. He may inquire about or demand any sort of relations from employees, tenants, and their guests. Tenants/guests will comply with any such questions or demands promptly.

That ought to make thing fun inside. I head in to start things off and I am greeted by the pair at the concierge desk. A handsome man in a nice navy suit with dark hair and a somewhat cheesy smile is on one side. The other side is a pretty brunette also in a navy blue suit.

They both say hello but as I am not really interested in men I walk up to the counter in front of the brunette. She obviously works hard to maintain her slim figure and she has the kind of dark, even tan that usually only comes from a lot of time and effort. Her navy jacket is over a tasteful white blouse and the whole effect somewhat hides her breasts that I would guess to be medium large maybe? Looking over the counter she has fitted slacks with some pretty tall high heels.

"High, I'm Parker, the new building manager and relations expert." I say as I lean against the counter. "I was thinking about just walking around to check out the building and say high to everybody. Can you point me in the direction where I will see the most people? Thanks."

"Sure, I can help with that. Let me get you something." She says as she bends over to retrieve something from under the counter behind her. Bent over like that she is showing me a very nice ass encased in slim dress slacks. I am tempted to start my fun with her.

She straightens up and hands me a small tablet with a map of the condo building on it. It looks like all ten floors are on there.

"This will show you where most everybody is. The whole building has smart sensors and everybody usually has their keyfob on them. It tracks the last door they went through and for climate control a lot of the sensors will show you exactly which room somebody is in. Pretty cool huh! Oh, and tap on their dot to pull up a short profile."

She tapped on a dot of someone in a unit just down the hall and a basic information profile came up with two pictures, a head shot and a full length body shot. The tenant she randomly picked is a stereotypical blond bombshell. Beautiful face, blue eyes, short wavy hair, an hourglass figure, and long toned legs. I could definitely have fun with her.

The concierge tapped out of the profile to show me the full map. "We don't have a gym because membership to the one next door is part of the condo fees. We still have a patio/pool/hot tub over here, there are always people there."

"There is a common lounge over here with pool tables, Foosball, couches, TVs, and the like over here."

"We have a rooftop patio with grills and another hot tub up there."

"There are some nice offices and meeting rooms people frequently use. If any are scheduled for use it will show up on the tablet."

"We have a private landscaped green space to enjoy nature."

"And finally we have an on site spa to help everybody relax. Again any services scheduled should show up on the tablet."

"Wow, thanks! This will be a great help meeting the people here." I say, amazed but also kind of creeped out by how everybody is basically tracked at all times.

"You're welcome! Is there anything else I can do for you right now?" She asks.
