Grabbing Lunch

After leaving the library, Nick headed to the restaurant, where he saw Emily eating her lunch, he sat down at the table.

"Hey, Emily" said Nick

"Hey, Nick, I already ordered some lunch for you" said Emily

Nick looked down at the food Emily had ordered for him, it looked delicious.

"Thanks" said Nick

"So, was she hot?" asked Emily

"Huh?" asked Nick

"The girl you were fucking on the phone while you were supposed to be in the library, was she hot?" asked Emily

Nick grabbed his camera and showed her the photos he took of Sam.

"Wow, she is, and you got her to pose for the calendar, nice going" said Emily

"Thanks, I'm flying through the calendar right now..." said Nick

"Hey, you two" said Jonah

Jonah sat down at the table.

"Ah, Jonah, what happened? I asked you to let Emily know that I went to the gym, why'd you say you hadn't seen me?" asked Nick

"Sorry, man, I forgot" said Jonah

"Ooh, now what do we have here?" asked someone

Nick recognized the voice and saw that it was Katherine.

"Hello Katherine" said Jonah

"You know her?" asked Emily

"She's the music producer I told you about" said Jonah

"And, if I do say so myself, Jonah and his band have all the right stuff to be big" said Katherine

"I know, just wait until you hear us in person" said Jonah

"I can hardly contain myself" said Katherine

Katherine walked away.

"Good for you, Jonah, you finally have a chance to make it in the music business" said Emily

"Yeah, just don't forget the little people when you're rich and famous" said Nick
