ran out of time

Taking a deep breath Kushina grabbed the first rope and started to swing to the next rope. the gap was big enough that she had to grab the rope in the apex of the swing. the first few ropes were pretty easy but she had a small slip in grabbing the next rope. luckily for her she had kept her grip on the other rope so she was quick to recover and in the next swing managed to grab the rope. about two more swings later she landed on the platform.

"sixty second till it collapses," her captor reminded her.

"i know," she yelled as she stretched her arms. she then grabbed the edge. like he had said she is only able to get her finger tips onto the ledge. it was a bit of a struggle to move with only that little of a grip but she was not going to let that stop her. she did wished she could use her chakra but for whatever reason it just wont work. this caused her to get angry and start rushing through the obstacle. because of this on a small climb of the ledge her left hand slipped leaving her with only one hand hanging on. moving quick she managed to get her hand back on the ledge. letting out a sigh of relief she took her time on the rest of the course and managed to land on the platform.

"only thirty this time," the voice said.

"Shut up," Kushina yelled as she tried to massage her arms they were getting tired but she only needed to pass this last obstacle to be free. at the last second she grabbed the rope and started climbing just as the platform collapsed.

"Three minute time limit," the voice said.

Kushina just let out a growl as she started to climb the rope. her arms were killing her but she refused to give up. about half way up the rope she heard, "ninety seconds." hearing this Kushina tried to increase her pace but her arms were really starting to hurt now. she had a large smile on her face as she saw the platform and was almost in arms reach of it. but before she could reach the platform she felt the rope go slack and start falling. "Times up," the voice said with a hint of humor.

"NOOOOO," was all Kushina could scream as the edge fell out of view. looking up she saw something on the end of the rope that was falling fast. seeing it was a large black sphere Kushina fearing the worse put her arms up in front of her, but was surprised when the sphere just let her pass through it till she was inside of it. of course she then hit the inside edge of the sphere but it would not allow her to pass through. Kushina could only grit her teeth till she felt the sphere hit water and she fell to the bottom of the sphere. looking around she took a few breaths to steady herself. unfortunately she could not see much since the sphere was incased in darkness.
