Rob turns back on purpose.

When Erica was sure her step-brother had turned his back on her, thereby hiding his eyes from what she was about to do, she slumped into her seat to allow a bit more maneuverability to slip out of her shirt. She couldn't believe she was going to do this, in the middle of a public airport, but she had ****. Otherwise she would be stuck there, embarrassed beyond anything.

"Here goes nothing..." she mumbled to herself. Grabbing the collar of her shirt, she lifted it over her head and then raised her arms up so that she could slide down the chair and out of her shirt. As she maneuvered her body, first her stomach, then her breasts were revealed. She paused for a moment, reflecting on how small she was in the chest area for her age. It was something that bothered her constantly, but many of the people who had witnessed her humiliations seemed to get a kick out of their size, which she did not understand.

Finally, with her body almost seated on the floor, she slipped out of the shirt and hastily covered her breasts with her arms. Looking up, she could see that Rob had not kept his back turned, and by the look on his face, he had intentionally turned to face her and gotten an eyeful of her naked upper body. She blushed hard and glared at him for his little stunt. "Rob! What the hell?! You said you wouldn't look!"

"Oh come on, sis? What guy hears a girl saying she's going to take off her shirt and will not want to watch? Besides, you have pretty cute breasts. And, your nipples are hard, so don't tell me you don't like the attention."

It was true, her nipples were hard and aching, but she wasn't sure if it was from her step-brother's eyes on her breasts, or the feeling of stripping in public. Was she still getting aroused by stripping in public places? No, couldn't be, but the signs were there. She decided to play it off. "Even so, I'm your sister, pervert! Are you trying to tell me you wanted to ogle a family member's breasts?!"

"Nope..." he said. Erica was momentarily relieved that they were in agreement until he continued. "Just yours."

Muttering under her breath, she turned back to her former seat, wondering how to free her shirt, when Rob grabbed her arm.

"We don't have time to get it now, we're gonna miss the plane."

"I can't go on a plane topless!" she complained

"Please, I've seen you go to much more public places naked Erica. This will be tame in comparison."
