Suddenly Kara turns and looks over her shoulder as the sound of creaking metal and stone cracking indicates that the building is actually about to fall. Because of how the bomb exploded the building is starting to lean and fall toward Supergirl and the crowd rather than implode on itself.
The Girl of Steel wastes no time in doing what she has to do with little thought as to what it would mean in regards to covering herself. Before the building can fall too far, Kara flies toward it and with both her hands on the building she starts to hold it in place, keeping it from falling. To keep the building from falling Kara has to hold the building in place till everyone below has been evacuated.
The downside to this is mainly what it means for Kara. With her hands currently occupied Kara is left completely exposed, her back to the people below, giving anyone with a good telescope, or even just using the zoom function on a camera, a good look at her bare ass.
