Separate the herd

I wish for another rule, when a female student turns 18, if she is a virgin, she must wear a pink bow on her head. There will be no shame to wearing a bow or not wearing a bow. All attractive single female teachers must wear a sexy and revealing outfit that it themed to their subject. All females must stay in attractive shape, and find this easy, though it is difficult to become muscular enough to alter their figure.

High-school locker rooms and showers are now co-ed. Then I made it so that anything that I do is considered acceptable and perfectly alright, but only for me.

Finally, I make sure my wishes are accepted by students, parents, faculty, and the community.
