Pretty good so far.

Unlike the majority of quests which had you venturing out either into the oak woods to the north of the town or the plain to the south, the bandit hideout that we were heading towards was westwards. West was the previous town Fourroads, but halfway of both towns there was a mountain ridge a bit of a distance from the road.

And it wasn’t built ontop of the ridge, but inside the mountain itself. You weren’t supposed to go into that area and the griffon acting as a guard made sure you knew that was the case.

When you came back strong enough to defeat the guard everything had gotten serious and you find an empty bandit camp with good loot, the common thought about this area is that at earlier points there were maybe some story events happening here or maybe quest zone. It’s unknown why the developers had cut away the content and as there were no files beyond the location, the community most likely wouldn’t ever truly know.

“Why is a griffon attacking us!?” shouted Elara in surprise as the two of you hid behind the trees that were becoming increasingly spars as you went up the mountain side.

“It’s territory, or maybe tamed by a bandit.” was Soul’s response before using earth magic to create a golem, one of many skills that was left forgotten after you gained enough party members to fill your ranks. “Let’s do this, El!”

“Right behind you!”

The two of you rush upwards, the Griffon noticing the two of you and swooping down to strike Elara, but got blindsided by the golem appearing from the ground and grappling the beast, forcing it to land. In the game this was impossible, but the live action combat that had happened with wolves before you got to this point had cemented to Soul that while many of the game's tricks and spells functioned the same, they could be used in many many different ways.

“Skyic Arrow!” Elara fired an arrow which instantly had the air whirling around it, creating a tornado that with a point headed straight at the griffon, which common sense would say would be weak against arrows since most fliers were. Yet this wasn’t the case for Griffons.

“Combo: Flame Ring!” a Ring of flames appeared before the arrow and turned the whole tornado into a flaming one once it passed through the ring and attached itself to the arrow. Then the flaming arrow slammed into the Griffon and I watched as the multi-hit effect of Skyic Arrow helped trigger the effect of Flame Ring enough times for the griffon to end dead. “And that’s one for us.”

“Did… we do that, without the others.” questioned Elara, stopping in her run to slowly walk back to the golem who held up the dead beast, “How…?”

“We are just that good of a combo.” stated Soul with a smile as he patted Elara on the back as she calmed down and regulated her breathing again, “Fire is often the weakness of large non-elemented beasts.”

“Shouldn’t it have a wind element?” questioned Elara as she walked the last bit and started to dismantle the griffon after having ordered the golem to place the griffon on some flat stones.

“The wings seemed too huge and did not channel any energy externally.” was the quick reply, “Meaning it was all muscle strength and not elemental strength.”

It took 5 long minutes before Elara was done carving the griffon into loot, which Soul took with messing with the golem to see how much he could customize it without going into the paused world.

“I’ve got all the body parts, a medallion and this…” Elara held up some white lacy looking item, which Soul picked up and took a moment before he could rotate them right to actually see what it was and it caused him to blush, “Soul?”

“... You know those special undergarments that nobles wear.” Getting a nod Soul continued, “I think this is a set which is meant for more… private means.” Getting a confused look, Soul just bit the bullet and said, “Sex, woman put these on to entice men into having sex.”

Elara became a blushing mess before looking at the lingerie with odd eyes, before becoming even brighter red when Soul handed it back to her, “I wouldn’t mind seeing you in it.”

“If that is what you want…” stated Elara as she was about to start taking off her clothes.

“Not now!” Elara looked up confused as Soul sighed and pointed up the mountain, “We have a quest to do and bandits to take down.” this caused her freeze before nodding in embarrassment and placing it in a side pouch with the rest of the items.

The walk up was more awkward then Soul wanted, but he let Elara think things through. But he stopped them behind a rock and looked at a cave entrance which had logs helping it keep open, “Now we have to be serious about this, I don’t want either of us being killed by bandits.”

This got Elara to nod before noticing on Soul’s shoulder was an earthen looking slime, he noticed her and chuckled, “That’s my earth golem for now, just in case we need him to act as a guard.”

The two of them checked if there was a guard, noticing none they headed in and quickly started their stealth mission. Tunnels filled with lanterns and log reinforcements made them worried, but getting into a large hollow area which had air access to the other side of the mountain gazed back at them. Soul wasn’t as amazed at the sight, having seen it enough times when he went there, Elara on the other hand needed a minute to pull herself together after seeing the natural wonder that this was.

Gazing downwards they saw that over a ridge was lower levels, all filled with bandits, but the middle was a large area with tables and cages with three people in the largest of said cages.

Soul could identify all three of them; Rubina first Princess, Her male bodyguard who had no name in game and an unused boss, the Bandit Princess.

“That’s horrible.” muttered Elara, which got a confused look from Soul, “From what I can hear, they’ve got it that when anyone gets near the cage, runes activate and the male starts ravaging them and slowly turns into a demon of lust, the bandits are betting to when the change will happen.”

“Pause” Time stopped and Soul took a breath as he thought what to do, “This world still acts as a game so the moment we get down there, bandits will appear and delay us and then he’ll instantly turn into a lust demon when we try to save them after taking care of the bandits.”

Jumping down and landing in front of the cage Soul got a good look at all of the captives; Rubina Oathstone, eldest of the three Princesses of the Oathstone Kingdom. Having scarlet red hair that runs to her back, porcelain skin and brown with a bit red eyes, Large F-cups with an as big ass. Her red gown had been long shredded and she wasn't wearing anything but a circle on her head to show her heritage.

Sadly for the bodyguard, he was fully covered in armor and Soul could only see his cock hanging out of his damaged metal pants, which made the situation even more painful for Soul since he had to think of them fucking while the armor was getting in the way.

Finally the Bandit Princess, based off of a Japanese delinquent she had the stereotypical long blond hair and dark skin plus large body, though her Large D-cups were nothing compared to Rubina's, but her ass at least was about the same mass.

“Edit Characters within Cage” Soul was glad that the system could accept that command as three sheets open before him, he gazed through them for information.

Their names already told him quite a bit, “Okay Iron is peasant turn Knight, while Li’quan is from Sandy east.” Opening both of their history tabs he hopped to get more and was surprised when only a blank screen gazed back. He then opened Rubina’s one and the only script was that she was a princess of Oathstone and that she was kidnapped by bandits, making Soul worried and confused.

But Iron was the priority so he could mess with the others later, first he swapped back to the character sheet and changed him into a her so that turning into a lust demon wasn’t a thing that could happen to the knight. Also he didn’t want to look at a naked dude anytime soon. Removing the armor, he saw a body of a scrawny girl with mud brown hair and eyes, light brown skin and the only among them that had hair above her snatch, her breasts and ass were nothing to write home about, B-cup and a flat ass.

Wanting to see if being a knight was even a thing that her build was good for, Soul checked her stats and coughed when he saw her bases, growths and innate spell list. “What the hell, you’re a great priest but through events you just became so physically strong that you didn’t need to use magic.”

Still he could alter everything so why not aid this new knight into actually being a strong shield and sword, a few moments later and a new state-line and skills were placed into this girl. Then he started to alter her appearance; he started by adding a bit of height so she was half a head taller than the average female model which made all non-essential females 5’6. From there he lengthen her hair to back reaching length plus made it silver in color, increased muscle mass everywhere, increased bust to small C-cup and made her face softer with larger eyes which were now rich brown.

Now Soul altered her name and class.

He gazed at Stella and saw that she was bound and gagged, most likely the new way to keep her from damaging other bandits.

Now should he alter these three’s background, or more accurately create them beyond what the designer had thought up?
