A simple mistake

On the first day they announced online classes, being the girl I am, I took tape and taped over my webcam. That way it looked like mine didn’t work and no one could see me. This allowed me to leave the room, do whatever I want, or even attend class in my underwear if I wanted to. Often in my 8:30am class I would wake up, log in, and then walk into my bathroom to take a shower. Normally I would mute my mic and the conference call to make sure no one could here the shower and so my teacher would think I was silently listening to the lecture. One night I had to have a face to face meeting with a few of my classmates for a project, so I took the tape off the camera so I could participate. This is the root of my mistake.
