I'm going to regret this so much, but I really don't want to die.

"Back her up, Amara!" you shout. "Exorcise this monster!"

The elf is holding an injured Niki. She seems to just be finishing up casting Minor Heal upon her, by the look on her face. She lets the warrior return to combat as she stands up straight and slides her palms together eagerly. "R-Right! I'll do my best."

Nyllia turns her gaze to your elven companion. "If you truly really wish, back me up, Ms. Tedrilui. Your holy powers would help greatly. But be careful!"

As the fight continues, Lady Tesgella maneuvers around the lich like a dancer. Her swordplay is impressive, and when she does make contact, her own divine power deals devastating blows to the unholy creature. You assume that, unlike clerics, paladins don't have as much mana, nor do they have as many spells, and they focus more on martial combat. Therefore, she shifts around the lich and speaks the magic words, "Holy Aura," before wrapping her arms around the lich's from behind into a full nelson.

"Blast him with all of your power, Ms. Tedrilui!" shouts the paladin. "It won't hurt me!"

Amara gasps. She moves her hand up, and swings her quarterstaff around in circles. Gold and silver energy rain down upon her. She holds her free hand forwards as a swirling mass of divine energy manifests itself. As she does this, she yells out, "Celestial Blast!" The magic unleashes itself into a fiery ball of almost-blinding power, and travels swiftly through the air. From the sheer power unleashed, and the size of the attack, it looks like she really did put everything she had into it.

She drops her staff to the ground and covers her mouth with her hand. Her face flushes red, and her eyes roll back. An internal tremor shakes her body from head to toe, and it causes her to fall to her knees with whimpering moans. Finally, her mouth involuntarily opens as she lets the noises of pleasure escape. She holds herself close as her toes curl up, and she bites her lip. She gasps out and falls over panting--the odd shiver tingling through her body as she remains there.

Meanwhile, the spell envelopes both the lich and Nyllia. It's only the former that yells out in agony, however. Its already-wounded bones start to crack further. It starts to crumble in the paladin's grasp. The robe tears, his jaw falls to the ground and shatters, and finally, he bursts into fragments of bone that scatter around the room.

"Find his phylactery," is all Nyllia says in response, standing there, still glowing with a heavenly aura.

You reach down and take Amara's hand. In response, she gasps, and she makes a sound that leaves you rather embarrassed.

"H-How did I do?" she mutters.

"Well, you finished each other off, I guess."

"You cannot say that to a woman so bluntly..."

You look to her. She just came in front of everyone. There isn't much else you can think to even say to her.

"Over here!" Bill calls out with a glass jar in his hand. Inside is a swirling face. He then holds it over his head, and hurls it downwards. "This is my special move."

"No, no, no!" the jar calls out before shattering into pieces. You watch the face float up into the air, and disappear into a puff of smoke.

That wasn't so bad...
