Nancy's being checked by the police

Nancy came out of the hospital angry and got back into her car parked on the sidewalk, pounding her fist on the steering wheel, thinking back to what Dr. Simms had said.

"Why is she doing this, she's luring them to Freddy, that crazy doctor," she thought to herself.

The police officer got out of his vehicle, a handsome man in his thirties, brown hair, very short, muscular and dressed in his Springwood police outfit.

He walked up to Nancy, she rolled down the window and spoke to the policeman.

"Hello officer, something's wrong, I was driving too fast, wasn't I? "she said, trying to joke, but he had a very serious look on his face and didn't seem to want to joke.

"Hello miss, I'd like to see your vehicle registration please?" he said in a imperative tone.

"Alright sir, I've got them, just a minute" she said rushing to her glove compartment but she couldn't find anything, no driver's license, no vehicle registration, nothing.

"Shit, where the hell did I put them, for a minute, huh? " she said to the cop, looking everywhere but nothing.

Frustrated, she got up and addressed the cop who looked at her almost mean.

"I thought I had them but I seem to have forgotten them, I'm not far from home, I'll go and bring them back to the police station if you want them? she said smiling to the handsome policeman but he frowned.

"You're joking, miss?, get out of the car," he said in an authoritative tone.

"Get out!" he repeated.

What she did, she got out of her vehicle and passers-by, as well as cyclists and motorists, stopped to watch the scene, which bothered Nancy a little, but she did what the police officer ordered her to do.

Once she was standing in front of the policeman in the middle of the road, the policeman looked at her.

"Your name, miss?" the policeman asked.

"Nancy, Nancy Thompson, I work at Springwood Hospital, at last I was working," she said in a low voice.

The policeman activated his walkie-talkie on her right shoulder and spoke to his colleague at the police station.

"Can you look up a Nancy Thompson please man?" said the officer, his colleague reacted immediately.

"Immediately," said his colleague.

"Hey, I'm not a criminal, what are you doing?" said Nancy worried.

"Don't worry, Miss Thompson, just a formality," reassured the policeman.

Nancy looked at the pedestrians around her who were looking at her, as well as the cyclists, the motorists beside the fire and behind the policeman's car who were watching the whole scene, which was really starting to bother Nancy.

A few seconds later, the policeman's walkie-talkie emitted a crackling sound, the policeman reactivated his walkie-talkie to listen to his colleague.

"So that's Nancy Thompson, she works at Springwood Hospital," he said.

"So she didn't lie to me," asked the policeman.

"No, man," replied his colleague.

"You see? " said Nancy reassured but suddenly her colleague started talking to the walkie-talkie again.

"Oh, oh yeah, I see something, man," said his colleague.

"And what is it?" asked the policeman.

"She forgot to say something essential that everyone should know."

"Wha... what?" Nancy said confused.

"The policeman's face suddenly changed to Freddy's and suddenly turned his head towards Nancy.

"Nancy walked out of the hospital completely NAKED ," he said, bursting out laughing.
