Who was his first victim?
His father receives a message
Thomas' father worked in the home office today, as he has mostly done since his company made a digital leap. The young programmer left his room and went down the stairs, his unchanged shirt stuck to his skin. He had to shower right away, but at first he couldn't wait to try the app. He entered his father's office. "Good morning," he said, pointing his smartphone at the architect. "Good morning," mumbled his father, understandably he didn't want to be disturbed. Start intrusion. The app indicated with a simple line of text that it was waiting for a signal. Then, a result. A cell phone model, the same one that his father had. Send message.
Thomas was so excited, he had problems breathing. His father looked at him suspiciously. "Are you okay?"
"Sure!", the programmer quickly left the room. "Your battery has exceeded half its life. The performance could deteriorate soon," wrote Thomas. A message that wasn't too suspicious, but was enough for him to try out his app. Send. His father's cell phone beeped immediately. Thomas shivered. "My battery? What a odd text, and why is it placed in the middle of my screen?", his father mumbled. Thomas jumped up, clenched his fists, hit the air. It worked perfectly, he had done it.
He quickly jumped into the shower because he had to leave. He really wanted to test whether the other functions worked as fantastically as the first one.
Thomas left the house with wet hair and unkempt. In his head all the possibilities whirled around how he could have a lot of fun with his app. Thomas passed a bus stop, a perfect pool of test objects. Start intrusion, several smartphones were displayed. He chose the top one, a Huawei. Transfer data. Receive. Search files. Thomas had directly entered the file directory of a stranger's smartphone. Folders built up in front of him. DCIM, there had to be photos here. Thumbnails were loaded and Thomas clicked on the first one. A picture of a teacup with a funny saying. He leafed through it. A selfie by an elderly lady at the riverside. The same lady with a young guy in the same place. She was wearing a red jacket and had to be the woman standing to the right of the benches, she was wearing the same jacket and had the same hairstyle as the lady in the photos. Thomas stared at her her, but she didn't seem to notice anything. She scrolled the touchscreen absolutely calmly with her index finger. Perfect, absolutely perfect.
Spectator. The lady was scrolling through the article of an online garden magazine. "... and this is how you make your vine tomatoes shine!" He could follow her scrolling movements on his screen. She skipped an advertisement. Opened the comments. Navigated to the train app and made sure that she would reach her station on time. He had seen enough. With a big grin, he closed the app and turned away. His fingers threatened to fall off because he clenched his fists so hard. He, Thomas, was a genius.
There are so many ways to wreak havoc with the app ...

The hacker
One application gave him power.
Thomas is a young man who has so far had no success with women because of his nerdy manner and his lack of social skills. When his classmates have sex, he plays online games and when they go to clubs, he programs websites. But now something special has happened to the man: he got lucky and he has managed to develop a virus that can be sent into his victims' cell phones. With this, he can send messages, intercept data and see the contents of the memory. A time begins when Thomas has the world in hand. Now he will have access to the data of all cell phones and people will have to do what he says if they don't want him to publish everything!
