Return of the Group!

After a day of classes, the girls settled into their shared bed to watch some TV and decompress. Sarah leaned over for a kiss before her phone buzzed and interrupted. Jill paused their show and Sarah saw it was a text from Eliza, well the group chat of the LGBT group, actually.

"Hey, there's a meeting with the LGBT support group tonight if you want to go. Jennifer said there'd be sweets. Brownies, she said." Sarah informed. "Alright, I'm in. But tomorrow you're coming to see my softball practice." Jill said mock sternly as though Sarah would possibly say no. "Deal." Sarah said and the two smiled.

"Hello everyone, I see there's some familiar faces as well as new ones." Eliza greeted once the circle of chairs were filled with everyone who would be showing up. "Who would like to go first? Just talk about what's going on with you lately, any updates, what brings you here. Whatever you're comfortable with."

A skinny guy with shaggy brown hair, glasses, and wearing a light gray hoodie shakily raised his hand and looked around to see if anyone else wanted to go or not. Eliza nodded approvingly and he continued. "My name is Dustin and I'm not sure I belong here, but uh...think I might want to be trans? I've been taking with some buddies of mine on a Discord channel about it and they recommend a subreddit for me to check out. And as I'm looking through it, I realize I've kinda thought about like a female version of me and planning out this whole lesbian alternate life for myself...." Dustin spoke rather rushed, not really looking at anyone.

"Well, as the transgender expert here," Jennifer spoke up "I'd say you make sure it's what you want and you try to go for it." Her voice sounded a lot higher and her face a lot less angular than when Sarah had last met her.

Dustin sat down and nodded. "Can we talk more when it's time for the food?" He asked Jennifer who nodded in return. "Of course, hun."
