A Smarter Officer in Charge

"Report, Techno-Viper officer!" ordered Cobra Commander, looking at the officer.

The officer answered, "Once I was given the assignment and the ability to improve it, it went smoothly. Removing the original agent selected, and replacing them with various Cobra Troops allows for quick and easy collection of the materials for Operation: Eau de Cobra. A Crimson Guard easily managed to sneak in and copy one of the numerous documented pictures, rather then a heavy tablet. This was followed up with a troop of Snow, Ice and Techno Vipers to collect the Jackel's Bane root.

This was followed by not only replicating the formula and breaking down the chemical composition. Which is how we found the flaws."

"Flaws? What flaws?" asked the mask man of his soldier.

"Other then the fact it affects one gender, a mild shock to the system can break the formula's control. Even something as simple as being splashed with cold water. Which made it's use for Cobra's purpose less then ideal.

However, by knowing the formula we could adjust it. In fact, replacing Jackel's Bane with Cupid's Root herb proved to make the effects more permanent as well as affect both genders.

"What about the Baroness? I thought we were going to have her seduce and marry Airtes?" asked the Commander. It didn't help the Baroness was next to him, giving the Officer a dirty look hinting at **** at the potential slight.

"Even though the Baroness would be more then effective in the role, it would be a waste of her potential. A high ranked and high trained officer in this position would be less then efficient. Pus the likely hood of Destro's jealousy ruining the mission increased. No, the Baroness will be deployed to help protect the agent, especially if or when the Joes show up.

Even though the actions we took shouldn't have lead the Joes to detect us, they are like ants to Cobra's picnic. Always showing up when they are least wanted. It's my belief that if there is a chance of the Joes, even the slightest one, we prepare for it. As they say, there is no kill like overkill."
