Mari dropped off the memory cards.

"Konnichiwa, Osano-san," Nurse Koyanagi greeted Mari after she entered the clinic.

"Konnichiwa," Mari replied back with a slight nod.

"Do you have an appointment today, Osano-san?" Ai noted, looking at the appointment book. "The doctor is booked up today."

"No, I just wanted to drop off the memory cards to Dr. Sugimoto," Mari answered, handing the nurse an envelope.

"Oh yes, arigatou gozaimasu," the young nurse bowed when she took the envelope.

"Only the doctor will see the videos?" Mari asked.

"Yes, Osano-san," Ai nodded.

"Oh, I am wondering if I need to book an appointment with Dr. Sugimoto to see if I can get a refill on the prescription?"

"Yes, because your prescription is experimental it would require the doctor to authorize the pharmaceutical company to supply more," Ai answered. "Would next Monday be alright with you, Osano-san?"

"Yes, preferably in the morning."

Nurse Koyanagi wrote down the appointment date and time on the back of Dr. Sugimoto's business card and politely bowed as she handed it to Mari with both hands.

"Arigatou gozaimasu," Mari nodded, taking the card and left the clinic.
