To Kelly's surprise, you go past your mother and stop in front of the fridge. There's a mini whiteboard on it, on which your mother is used to note the supplies who needs to be refilled when they run out. You quickly erase it and write with your sharpie Ryan Ferro's house and rules before retreating.

"Why didn't you directly claim your mom?" your redhead **** whisper into your hear. "Don't you want to fuck her?"

"Oh, I totally do. But before that, I want to have some silly fun." you reply with a devious grin. You then clear your throat to catch the cook's attention. "Excuse me, could you read this please?" you ask her, pointing at the board.

Your mother frowns, but she doesn't protest and leans sideway to have a better view. Her eyes suddenly widen. "Oh, Ryan, I'm sorry! Your father and I didn't realise we were occupying _your _house all this time. I hope you don't mind."

She looks sincerely worried that she and her husband were accidental trespassers. However, you reassure her with a good laugh, waving her concerns away. "Don't worry, you're family after all. I would never kick out of my home the woman who gave birth to me. However, I'd like to know how you interpret the second part."

She seems a little bit confused but try to give you the best answer "I guess it means whoever is in your house has to obey the rules you edict."

"Do I need to write my rules down?" you ask, just to be sure.

She frowns. "I don't think it's necessary. You can do it this way, I guess, but if you tell them orally we will still follow them and inform anybody to which the rule may be relevant."

You nods. "What if I decides something illegal or immoral?"

She thinks about it for a moment, before replying "I suppose your rules are above laws, religion and society. Nobody will have anything to say about what you do and ask people to do in the confines of this property."

You look at Kelly and see she's now sharing your smile. It looks like she's understanding now the many ways you could take advantage of this, especially for sexy stuff. You then turn back to your mother and edict your first rule.
