Criminals, degenerates & troublemakers. These lot and more are packed into jails, locked away from society, in hope that they will learn their lesson and become reformed citizens. A new penitentiary has opened with the promise to make sure every inmate is given a second chance from the beginning.

One question though: Why so many diapers?
