It's Betsy Braddock

The mutant known as Betsy Braddock was searching for what was next for her.

No matter what facade she put up, she was a soul adrift in this world.

For The Corruptor, that made her the perfect target.

It helped him a great deal that she could help him gain access to Krakoa.

The living island was now a new mutant homeland open to any and all mutants.

Including, from the sounds of things, some mutants who probably should have been better left in jails or graves.

It was an Island that symbolized hope for countless mutants an, more importantly for him, it was an island that was ripe for The Corruptor to spread chaos on.

Betsy would be the key to helping him in that goal.

She was one of the most trusted members of the X-men, something that would open a lot of doors to him once she vouched for him to the others on the island.

The Corruptor had a few pet projects in his mind, ones that he wanted to see what happened when his powers took root in them.

It was just a matter of getting on the damn Island first.

So now, posing as a mutant whose powers helped him stay under the radar, The Corruptor found himself in Mark Hanson's office, staring into Betsy's eyes.

He had to admit, even in her original body, Betsy was exceptionally beautiful, it was little wonder that she was a supermodel in the past.

One of his powers enabled him to see everything about her life and her doubts and her weakness in her eyes.

Thanks to that he quickly knew the best way to corrupt Betsy, and it was gonna be a fun one.
