You decide to try an all around choice for this playthrough, and go with the human race. Once chosen, the world doesn’t change, but you feel different. You look down at your own body, and see all you are wearing on your thin frame is a cheap cotton shirt and shorts, and can actually feel the coarse material on your skin. You flex your toes, and are amazed your bare toes can feel the warm sand they bury themselves in.

Large numbers appear again before you, counting down 3... 2... 1... start!

You look around. Being on the beach is exposing, but following the beach may be your best bet at a boat or ship of some kind. Toward what you guess is the west, as it’s where the sun is setting, the beach seems to go toward a cliff face, while to the east the beach simple curves off behind the lush forest. In the forest itself you only see two clear ways through the foliage, a stream that cuts through the trees to join the ocean, and a dirt path. You aren’t sure you want to know what created the path, especially if you assume all creatures here are hostile.
