A world where people can have ghostly powers

A lower fantasy compared to most, and possibly taking place in the modern day; this is a setting where rare people are blessed (or cursed) with incredible supernatural abilities.

Perhaps it’s a horny college girl who abuses her powers to spy on and/or fuck the cutest guys at her campus. Maybe it’s an unfortunate hunk who can’t stop phasing through his own clothing when girls are around. It could be an action hero whose villainesses always seem to get the upper hand on and humiliate them.
