Take Gotham

With the Batman gone, all his allies are in hiding, scrambling to get their senses straight. But in the chaos, you take Gotham before the sun even rises. Within 12 hours the entirety of Gotham is yours, covered in plants and mindless slaves, all willing to do your bidding. You decide to ensure Gotham stays yours, and within two weeks, there's no one left to try to stop you left in Gotham. The cops are under your control, the criminals are yours or have fled, the majority of the Bat family is yours, and you have a entire army on defense in case anyone tries to get you.
