You look at yourself in the mirror

Before you head out, you notice your reflection from the corner of your eye. It stops you on your tracks. The curiosity you have about your new form is too much to simply ignore. Even though it kinda scares you, it can't hurt to just have a look... right?

You take a deep breath to prepare yourself. Your gaze to turns to fully examine your body.

You really kinda look like your sister. Sharp nose, curly blond hair, soft lips, cute chin. Your honey eyes are different from her green ones though, and apparently the only thing that has seemingly remained of your old self. Everything else has been substituted by feminine traits. Your form respects the average female form: slender arms/shoulders and proportionally wider hips.

You are also smaller than her, your height can't be higher than 5'3". It gives the impression that you're younger as well, even if the belly betrays it a little bit...

You can't help but stare at it. So round and firm-looking. Your breasts, developed by premature maternity, gives you a nice cleavage.

It doesn't really make you a perv to inspect them a bit further does it?

Your shirt comes off, exposing them to the cold chilly air. You have seen and touched tits in your life before, but this is something else entirely. They seem to have a nice weight to them. Your dark and swollen nipples compliment the rest of the maternal look well.

Would milk come out if you pinched them?

A theoretycal question of course. You quickly dismiss whatever dirty thoughts you may have. There are more pressing matters.

All in all, the girl in the mirror looks like an innocent and dumb highschooler that just got a little bit excited and careless around boys. Likely too clueless to know that sex had consequences and unlucky enough to live in a place where abortion is outlawed. Honestly, she could much as well be just one of the chicks you've banged during your teenage years.

"Ouch." You gasp in pain. The sensation is very much foreign, like there is something tumbling around inside you.

It is then that it dawns on you. Nervously, you realize that the girl in the mirror isn't some dumb highschooler. She is you.

How can you go after your sister in a state like this? Even if, by some miracle, you find out where they are keeping Zoe, how are you going to fight them off?

You are literally a 5'3" pregnant teen, what the hell are you thinking?

It may sound cowardly, but your best bet is to at least wait until you give... uhmm... birth. Then you can go look for your sibling.

You also can't stay home. What if these same people are still watching you? What would happen to your parents if you tried to explain this situation to them?
