Several weeks later...

"BBLLEEEEEEEERGHHHH!"

"Ugh, gross."

"This isn't any fun for me either! Yuck, I can feel more coming too. Mmph!" KuliKuli cupped her mouth before bending over and back into the toilet, with Reta in human form stroking her back and patting it gently.

"Told you not to go overboard with the chicken the other night. But no, cat's love chicken you said. At least it's no hairball."

"Blegh! Hairballs are gross, not helping. I just feel sick to my tummy, ask Jay Jay and see if she could help. Ump!"

"Right right, Jay it is!" Reta threw her hands up and spun around, quick to not catch sight of KuliKuli's breakfast coming back out. It had been some time now since she had made herself comfortable with them, and it was fun. Undeniably crowded, but fun. Janette comes in for visits every other day, usually spending the weeked over when her shop closed. KuliKuli and Felix would behave all lovey dovey and mushy and all, which was annoying to see after day two. Cute at first, but easily irritating.

Still, the wolf did put in her weight around and agreed to help when it came to the farm grounds. As her claws made for good digging, she would help plant vegetables in the garden when in wolf form. In human shape, she would assist with milking the cows and tending to the animals all around. Except chickens, they didn't trust her with chickens.

Pfft, morons. Less work for her for all she cared. Wiggling her rear left and right with each step, she pushed the door open to find Felix and Janette together, amazingly not having sex and instead with him resting and her reading one of those monster books.

Oh right, since they had grown comfortable and the closest neighbor lived half a mile away, they would walk around naked if they felt like doing so. Janette refused to take part and Felix grew incredibly shy after his first day, so it was mostly the Cat and the Wolf doing so.

Hmph, hoo-mans. Not a clue how to have fun or accept what they are. Typical.

"Hey Felix, your mate is puking up a stream. Mind checking on her? Oh, you too Jani she called for you specifically. Work your miracle or whatever." She sighed before sitting down and cuddling up to Janette.

She closed her book and frowned. "Medicine, not magic. I'm not performing miracles here Reta. Sure, I'll go check on her and see if I have anything to help." She replied before sitting up and walking off.

"Mmm, you can always help me with my problem anytime." Reta growled playfully, cupping and squeezing Janette's cheek under her pants. Janette squealed and slapped her hand away, leaving a giggling wolf to enjoy the view as she walked off, flipping off her admirer.

"So cute. So how come you aren't so worried, your mate could be dying for all we know." She asked.

Felix rubbed his head and groaned. "Apologies, I have a slight headache at the moment." He glanced over at her body and smiled. "You monsters are all the same you know. Still takes a bit of getting used to."

"Yea well, least you're human still."

"Not for long."

"What?" She sat up crossing her legs intrigued at his reply.

"Yea, I've been changing a bit it seems, and it got to a point where I needed clarification. So, I asked Janette to look into her books and see if anything similar popped up." He sat up himself and reached for the book Janette had dropped, lifting it for her to read the cover art.

"Hidden House Cat? That's rich." Reta snickered.

"I agree, but it does hold a lot to say about Nekomata's. Waaaaaay more than one type of Nekomata, you know their exist Werecats as well? Thought you'd find that interesting. Anyways, Janette caught me up on this one chapter here about a Nekomata and her mate. They do mate for life, gods forbid if she were to outlive him. But the real pageturner is here." He spread the book open and held it for her.

Reta glanced at the pages before taking the book herself. Her eyes scanned the ink stained on each page to form the english language, flipping the page as she continued reading further and further. At last, she glanced up at him and met his eyes, no longer human apparently. Now they had adapted into a copy of KuliKuli's eyes.

"Felix, is this true?"

He nods. "Has to be, you know the only way this Author got this information is through personal experience after all." They both chuckled at the irony of that. "Well, of course sadly the writer is isolated and banned from society, but he has a connection that publishes his novels. Funny, people are quick to call him a disgrace for sleeping with the enemy but do find his written experiences of the matter incredibly valuable."

"Just the kind of world we live in." Reta clicked her tongue, passing the book back to him. "So, are you okay with this? You are starting to show after all-"

"I know. The eyes were first, and the sense of smell came in after. Don't think I'll ever grow a pair of tails, so there is that. But yea, I won't lie and say I am not nervous, but I do not regret what I did either."

"Cute, but what of Janette? Will she change, will I?"

He shook his head. "Only mates do. She and I bonded, we sort of matched and well, it's kind of why we don't mind sharing the love. In truth hehe," He chuckled nervously and rubbed his arm. "We kind of went for sharing because we were too much. Our sexual hunger grew way too strong, we were wearing each other out. Seriously, I've never came so much before until that one night whe-"

"Ba! Idon'twanttohereit!" Reta yelped back, leaving him laughing at her reaction. "Just saying, I hope you know what you're getting into. Speaking from... you know."

He nodded, reaching out and rubbing her shoulder where several teeth marks left a scar to remember her greatest mistake by. "That means a lot, and I promise you I will be happy regardless. As long as, you know."

"Yea, we all know." She finished for him.

KuliKuli groaned, entering the room and laying down, resting her head on Felix's lap. "I'm sorry Master, my tummy was upset."

"Hey, don't fret. As long as you feel better, it's fine." He smiled and stroked her beautiful soft white and brown hair. So unique and amazingly pretty on her...

"Well, I can make something to drink to settle that stomache ache but I'll have to pass by the market for that." Janette mentioned, having entered after KuliKuli and leaning against the door.

"Perfect, it's been boring being all cooped up in this dump. Let's go shopping!" Reta cheered, jumping up giving her boobs a bounce.

"With what money?" Felix asked, raising an eye. She groaned.

"We can go sight seeing at least, yea? I'm just bored, I need out of this place."

"Out of this dump?" He reminded her.

She grinned. "You know how I am."

Janette clapped her hands together. "Alright then, let's go!"
