Satsuki finds something on her way home (Twin Blood Route)

Somewhere, in a dark room, sat a shadowy figure in a chair. In front of the figure, on the ground, was a portal that was showing Satsuki as she ran from the ladies room. "Interesting..." the figure said to itself in a curious tone. Its voice was neither male or female, in the terms of most races. The figure resembled the human form, but lacked any gender based features. "I had been looking for something to amuse myself for a while," the figure continued. "But I think it would be fun if I threw something into the mix." The figure pondered over it for a brief moment, before turning its head to the side. On the floor where the figure was gazing, a small object materialized from the bottom up. It looked like a small vase or urn. It was small enough to be held in one hand. "Yes, this will do." the figure said before making a gesture with one of its hands and caused the vase to vanish. "If she uses it the way I think she will," the figure said before breaking into a laugh.

Satsuki was running home. She was frightened and ashamed by what she had done. She could not believe that she bite some one. The thirst for more blood was so strong. She couldn't take it. She didn't want this.

Before she could get far, something hit her head. Satsuki stopped, closed her eyes, and reached for her head in reaction to the impact. She also heard a clunk of something that landing on the ground next to her. "oowww," she exclaimed. "What the hell hit me?" She opened her eyes to see what it was.

Turning to the source of the clunk, she saw a small, dull gray vase. She Reaching down to pick it up, she asked"Where did tha..." she began to ask herself, while she reached for the vase, but she was interrupted.

"Satsuki!" she heard Kazuma calling out her name. Satsuki turned to see him running towards her. "What are you doing here?" she asked him as he drew near. "I could ask you the same question," Kazuma began. "I heard about what happened from Haijima." Hearing that brought Satsuki back to what she was thinking before that vase hit her head. "I...I didn't ...want to do it... but I did." said between quiet sniffs. "Let's not talk about it here," Kazuma said as he approached her. "You're right," she said as she wiped the tears from her eyes before reaching for the vase.

"What is that?" Kazuma asked. "I don't know," Satsuki answered as she placed her hands on it. The instant she touched it, there was a flash of light that briefly blinded the two. When they opened their eyes, they saw that they were now surrounded by a spherical barrier. It was almost like a bubble. Before they could investigate or ask what was going on, they heard a voice greeting them. "Hail to you!" boomed the voice. They turned towards the source and saw what looked like a man, from the waist up at least. Below the waist, his body was like a cloud or a mist. He was wearing a sleeveless vest and a turban.

"Who are you and what the hell is going on?" Satsuki asked, her voice trying to find her fear at what was going on with angry.

"I am the genie of that vase," the man said as he pointed to the vase in Satsuki's hand. "And I will grant you a wish."

"I thought genies were supposed to grant three wishes." Satsuki replied. "That's just a myth," the man answered dismissively. "Now, what do you want to wish for?" Satsuki knew immediately what she wanted.

"I wish I wasn't part vampire!"
