The Worst Client

"What's the distance of the target?" Kakashi questions

"Five meters. I'm ready to go." you sit on top a tree overlooking the target and your puppet.

"So am I." Sakura says

"Me too." Naruto and Sasuke say in unison.

"Ok, GO!" Kakashi exclaims.

You set your puppet after the target, and it detains them from behind. "I've captured the target."

"Ribbon on the left ear, we got them." Sakura states.

"Excellent, lost pet 'Tora' search mission has been completed." Kakashi states, "Let's bring them back to their owner."

You bring the cat with you and give them to the Fire Country's Lord's wife.

"Now Team 7, your next duty is babysitting an elder's grandson, then shopping in a neighboring village, and finally helping with digging potatoes." The Hokage reads off a piece of paper.

"NO! I want to do more you know, a more incredible mission! Find us a better one." Naruto exclaims.

"I sorry to speak out, Hokage, but I must say that I agree with Naruto." You take a step forward, "When I thought of being a ninja I didn't expect to do mundane chores."

"You four are still rookies!" Iruka slams his hands of tables, "And everyone starts off with simple duties."

"But we keep getting the crappiest possible duties!" Naruto does the same, but on the other of the table.

"Be quiet you two." Kakashi bonks Naruto on the head.

"Of course sensei." You bow in apology and step back into place.

"You guys just recently became Genin, so the lowest rank of mission are perfect for you." The Hokage looks up to see Naruto sitting on the floor and looking the opposite direction.

"Last night I had pork ramen, so miso sounds good for tonight." Naruto talks to himself.

"Hey! Listen!" The Hokage partially stands up.

"I...I apologize." Kakashi rubs the back of his head.

"Geez! All you do is give lectures like that. But you know what?! I'm not the trouble-making brat you still think I am!" Naruto exclaims.

"Okay, if you want it that much I'll give you a C-rank mission. It's a protection mission of a certain individual." The Hokage caves in

"Who?! A Fuedal lord? Or maybe a princess?!?" Naruto hops up.

"Calm down I'm about to introduce him." The Hokage's lip curves up at the edge. "Come on in."

"What's this? They're all a bunch of super brats. Especially the shortest one with the stupid-looking face. Are you really a ninja? Huh?" A man walks in with an alcoholic beverage.

You walk up to him, "Sorry if I come off as rude, but I'll have you know that Sakura has never gotten a question wrong and Sasuke has mastered a Jutsu that many can only dream of at his age."

"John, step down." Kakashi orders.

"As you say sensei, but my job is to protect him. Not to pepper him with undeserved respect." You walk back and the drunkard looks a tad stunned.

"Just try to at least be polite, John." Kakashi sighs.

"I am the super expert bridge builder, Tazuna." He ignores you, "I expect spotless protection until I get back to my country and complete the brigde."

You are let go out and pack anything needed, and you all meet up at the village gate.
