"I'm here to ask her on a date"

"I just wanted to see if she would go steady with me," I said. I regretted the words instantly. Although it was a normal response for nearly every girl, Isadora wasn't a normal girl. Draco's face told me all I needed to know.

"You have a sick sort of humor Halfhwit," said Draco, "no wonder your own famil."

"That is enough Malfoy," said Isadora. Her own cronies flowed around her, surrounding me like flys. They were the lowest of this house. Everything that Slytherin was so proud of.

"Although, I must admit. Idius's humor is as disgusting as it is, impossible." Isadora crossed her arms, her dark hair hanging over her face. The bangs on her head just allowing her green eyes to peek out.

"But Idius is all about the shock value of what he says, if you take away that, you are left with nothing of substance." All the Slytherin's smiled, and my hand tightened around my wand. Why had I decided to take this route?

Isadora's face was pleasant enough, but the ever present scowl on her lips showed what she truly was. The biggest bitch of them all.

"It always puts a smile on my face when you two get together," said Malfoy, "but I must be off. This place stinks of Halfhwit." Isadora and I watched as Malfoy and his goons left. It seemed we could agree on how unpleasant he was. But still she had that same scowl.

"Now," said Isadora, "are you going to look at me this whole time, or are you going to tell me why you sought me out?" I didn't know how to approach this. Being near her seemed to ruin my mood.

"Well, I have a.. proposition of sorts," I said. Isadora sighed, and began to look at the floor.

"Isn't it a little early for this," said Isadora, "fine. I'll see you later girls." Isadora began to walk past me, and I followed her through the stares of everyone around us. None were happy to see me.
