Lex Luthor sat in Prison Cell on Stryker's Island, fuming at his latest defeat by the hands of that oaf Superman. Lex snorted in disgust at the name 'Superman.' The only thing truly Super about him is the way everyone believes every word that comes that buffoon's mouth all the while ignoring the enormous amount of property damage he leaves behind and at the same time, blaming it all on me.' he thought to himself.

A sudden flash of light in his cell startled the former billionaire, expecting to see some villain or hero prepared to attack him in his cell only instead to see a large book with the words 'DA RULZ' on the cover in gold lettering.

Curiosity overriding caution, Lex picked up the book and opened it to see that the pages were blank except the first where there was a letter which read

Dear Heir,

If you are reading this letter then you are my chosen heir and as such you are worthy enough to gain control over this book. This book is my greatest creation and it allows you to rewrite reality to your will. Any rule you write is immediately accepted and everyone's memories will change to compensate. your own memories will change also but only you will be aware of the previous reality.

Note: you will only have this book for a 72 hour period before the book will go to the next user, so make your changes wisely as you will be stuck with them forever..

Lex raised an eyebrow before shrugging and decided to go with it as he'd seen weirder he picked up the pen that came with the book and wrote

Lex Luthor is President of the United States of America.

As soon as he finished his sentence the room around Lex shifted and suddenly he was sitting at the President's desk in the Oval Office in his best suit with the book before him on the desk.

Realising it worked, Lex smirked to himself. 'I'm going to have fun with this.'
