Take John into the operating room

He gives a friendly smile to John as he struggles, still bound in place. The doctor wheels John into the operating room. The nurses and other doctors scramble around, grabbing tools and other things. The last thing John remembered was a pretty nurse putting something over his face.

John woke up slowly, as if coming after a long and cozy rest. He lurched up out of his hospital bed and noticed that he was no longer bound. But something was different, he stretched his torso out and felt a different weight on his chest.
