Draco Malfoy

Draco Malfoy was sitting in his bedroom on his 18th birthday. Soon he would be returning to Hogwarts for the first time since Harry Potter killed the Dark Lord as well as Draco's father, Lucius. His thoughts were disturbed by a bright flash of light. Draco whipped out his wand and pointed in the direction of the flash but saw only a large book. It was black in colour with blazing gold lettering saying in big letters DA RULZ.

curiosity overriding caution, Draco opened the book to the first page upon which a letter which stated

Dear Heir,

If you are reading this letter then you are my chosen heir and as such you are worthy enough to gain control over this book. This book is my greatest creation and it allows you to rewrite reality to your will. Any rule you write is immediately accepted and everyone's memories will change to compensate. your own memories will change also but only you will be aware of the previous reality.

Note: you will only have this book for a 72 hour period before the book will go to the next user, so make your changes wisely as you will be stuck with them forever..

Draco raised an eyebrow at the letter. This had to be a joke.
