Suggest a firm spanking

You hop out of the booth, passing through the crowd to mount a table near the action, standing right above the restrained and thoroughly dishevelled Vanessa. You inhale deeply, and shout out in your firmest most persuasive voice: “Friends! Ladies! Fellow citizens! This here witch has been sowing mischief and ill fortune, curdling the cows’ milk and upsetting chickens! She’s been brought here to receive some proper justice, and nay, I do not think she’s quite learned her lesson yet, do you?” A resounding wave of noise replies “no!” from all directions, men and women raising their tankards in uproarous response. Though blindfolded, Vanessa turns her head in your direction and muffles.

“I think his little witch deserves a proper spanking from the good folk here! Do you?!” Another storm of replies, this time affirmative. Amused, half-drunken roars fill the chamber.
